Pricing and Payment Options

We establish a strong bond of trust with customers by offering consistently fair pricing and customer-selected options for purchase and payment. We offer price protection with a high degree of customer control and straightforward discounts that reward customers for prompt payment.

Our customers always have the choice of locking in their oil price whenever they choose - or not at all. Before choosing a fixed price, please be sure to understand the terms. A fixed price eliminates the risk of volatility in the market, but can be a dubious choice if you are prone to second-guessing your decision. Prices can decrease during the heating season, as they did in the winter of 2006-07, and there is no assurance that a fixed price will be the lowest price.

We also simplify your fuel buying with choices like even, monthly payments; pre-payment; automatic electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment; and online payment.

Pricing Options & Discounts

• Fixed Price:

  This option offers you the ability to lock-in a rate, for an estimated number of gallons, for fuel oil deliveries. You may also lower the per-gallon cost by taking advantage of our discounts. (Discount terms explained below)

  $.15/gallon for E.F.T./auto-drafts

• Floating Price:

  Rather than lock in a price, you pay the price that is in effect at the time of each delivery. This rate will fluctuate up and down depending on the market, but you may still take advantage of our payment discounts. (Discount terms explained below)

Payment Options

Our customers can choose from a range of payment options:

• Pay Per Delivery:

  (Fixed or Float) You receive an invoice in which payment is due within 30 days.
  (Prompt Pay or EFT discounts may apply)
  
  

• Budget Plan:

  (Fixed or Float) Your yearly anticipated expenses are split into 11 monthly payment due the 1st of each month.
  (Prompt Pay or EFT discounts may apply)
  
  

• Pre-Pay:

  (Fixed) Payment made in advance (by cash, check, or drafted via EFT) for a predetermined number of contracted gallons earns a $.25/gallon discount off the fixed price.
  (500-gallon minimum required)
  
  

• EFT/Easy Pay:

  (Fixed or Float) "Electronic Funds Transfer" established to draft payment from your bank account. Drafts occur 7 days from delivery OR Budget drafts occur the 1st business day of each month.
  ($.15/gallon discount applicable)
  
  


• Credit Cards:

  We now accept MasterCard or Visa, for your oil purchases at our offered price, whether you pay per delivery, or on our Budget Plan. There is no fee for credit card payment, BUT no discounts are available.
  
  

• Online Payments:

  (Through this secure link) This payment method will allow you to make a payment from anywhere and at anytime from your bank to ours and can entitle you to a prompt pay discount.

Discounts

All customers can take advantage of our payment reward options:

$.07/gallon discount	Prompt Payment: You send payment in a timely manner: Pay Per Delivery: Each oil delivery invoice is paid within 10-days of the delivery. Monthly Budget Plan: Each monthly payment received by the 10th of the month.
$.15/gallon discount	EFT/Easy Pay: Your payments are debited directly and automatically from you checking or savings account with an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All information is kept private and confidential. Pay Per Delivery: All invoices are debited 5-7 business days following the date of invoice.
