Service / Service Plans
Servco Oil and New Canaan Oil offer the very best in equipment service, including a flexible set of service plan options that let the customer choose what appliances to cover and to opt for either basic or expanded coverage of the heating system.
Superior Service Every Time
We strive to provide the best service available. After all, service is the basis of our name. You can count on us for all of the following:
- Service to all of our oil customers with or without a service contract (customers without coverage will be billed at time & materials).
- We employ one technician for every 300 customers; the area average is one technician per 750 customers. This allows us to get to our customers quickly and spend the time required to do the job without rushing off to the next call.
- We perform your annual tune-up with the most modern equipment available. We take the time to do your tune-up right, which will reduce future emergency service calls. We adjust each unit for the maximum possible efficiency.
- We employ only state licensed and trained technicians; we never use subcontractors for our service work. This allows us to better control the quality of the work our technicians perform.
- We offer true 24-hour emergency service, 365 days a year / 7 days a week.
- We are one of the few oil companies that will service, repair or replace every part of your heating or central cooling system, not just the burner and controls.
- We stand behind our work. If we don't fix the problem the first time, we will never charge for a repeat call. All our installation work is fully warrantied.
What We Offer
24-Hour EMERGENCY Service: We have technicians on duty or on call around the clock, and we respond promptly to all calls for no heat or no hot water at any time of day or night. Customers can reduce their exposure to repair costs with a service contract.
Preventive Maintenance: By performing thorough maintenance on a regular basis, we promote reliable, efficient operation while reducing the likelihood of an equipment outage. Our expert maintenance services extend equipment life and prevent the needless waste of energy that can occur when equipment is out of tune. Preventive maintenance is included in all our service contracts.
Heating: We recommend an annual tune-up, cleaning and adjustment for all heating systems to promote safe, efficient and reliable operation. The annual maintenance visit is included in all our heating service contracts. Our preventive maintenance is enhanced by our Premium Fuel Formulation, which cleans your system and keeps it clean. This reduces service calls and promotes efficient heat transfer, so your system uses less fuel.
Air Conditioning: Our expert technicians perform annual maintenance on cooling systems to promote reliable, efficient operation. Maintenance is included annually in our Cooling Comfort Plan, or available on a time and materials basis.
To request preventive maintenance for your heating or cooling equipment, call us or contact us today.
