We offer a variety of affordable service plans for your home’s heating system and cooling system, oil- or gas-fired. We also provide service plans for propane whole-house backup generators.
The service plans we offer protect your investment and may extend the life of your equipment. All our service plans include an annual maintenance tune-up that is performed by a trained technician. A tune-up keeps your equipment running at peak performance, which saves you money on energy costs.
If your equipment needs repairs, our service plans can cover many of the parts and labor costs in order to help make the repair more affordable. One repair could save you more than what you paid for the service plan!
The Energy Savings Plan for your oil-fired furnace and boiler starts with a thorough tune-up. You also get many parts of your heating system covered, as well as an 10% discount on all repair services, priority service and scheduling, 24/7 emergency service, a $250 new equipment discount and enrollment in the Even Pay budget plan.
Our Energy Savings+ Plan provides not only everything in the Energy Savings Plan, but covers many more parts and offers a $500 new equipment discount.
You can add coverage for your water heater, water heater tank, hydro air handler, and humidifier, as well as add remote tank monitoring.
Servco offers service for propane-fired equipment on a time & materials basis. Our knowledgeable propane technicians will diagnose any issue (a diagnostic fee may apply) and provide a quote for any necessary repairs. Annual tune-ups to help keep your propane-fired equipment operating safely and efficiently can be scheduled by contacting a customer service representative. Service plans for propane equipment are not offered.

Your home’s air conditioning works hard to keep your home cool and comfortable. Our Energy Savings Plan helps keep it running properly and at its best efficiency, with our 13-point annual maintenance tune-up, parts protection, 10% discount on service, priority service and scheduling, $100 toward a condenser replacement and prompt emergency service.
If you have more than one condensing unit, you can add it to the service plan. You can also add winterization service.
